Any help and advice you can give would be welcome! I understand the concept of raising money with investors. But what do you do when you need donations just for startup costs? Therefore, I am currently on Gofundme. I really think the market is ripe for a tiny home community. It would be a great opportunity for investors. (Someone agrees with me: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/marko-rubel/is-the-tiny-house-market-_b_6882688.html) But how do you get there when you are just a regular person with a dream?

Anyway, here is my gofundme page:

Thanks for reading, and double thanks if you would care to discuss things with me!

Hi Heather,

I like your idea of tiny housing, but your story may not be intriguing to other people, here are three features that I think a good crowdfunding business plan should have:
1. Maybe try to talk more about what your project can bring to the society or investors.
2. Use something more graphic(videos about your plan and pictures of the potential house address), more data can help investors understand whether your business has a good potential to grow bigger.
3. Have a good structure for your BP, I still want you to tell me more about your project, I think you spend more time telling me who you are, how we can help you, and how thankful you will be instead of how you will make the tiny housing community come true.

Just some random thoughts.

Jason
