RipRak - World's 1st Ever Mobile Vertical Panel Saw - Multi Functional 7-IN-1 WorkStation
Tradesmen Given A LifeLine To Beat The Recession

Hi Thanks for taking the time to checkout the RipRak concept and opportunity offered, after over 2 years in design & development we are finally in a position to offer equity shares in our companies plans.
With your help we would love to make this a reality in achieving our aims and ambitions, - Your support will be invested into production & commercialisation of the World's 1st Ever Mobile Vertical Panel Saw - Multi Functional 7-in-1 WorkStation

The Concept/Product

RipRak Ltd is developing ground breaking concepts for mobile tradesmen in the construction industry, currently the World's 1st Mobile Vertical Panel Saw - Multi Functional 7-in-1 WorkStation.
RipRak Limited is a start up innovational tool manufacturing company founded by Stephen Symmonds and incorporated to help fellow tradesman in the current economic climate.

After spending a number of weeks away from the workshop in 2010 to try and reduce the impact the economy was having on his income , Stephen noticed instantly the state the building trade was in, many tradesmen in the same situation all trying and competing to make a living, with too many tradesmen and not enough jobs, lower quotes were standard to secure the work which increased improvisations which in turn increased the accident rates as power hand tools can only perform to a certain extent.

It was obvious that mobile tradesman needed a solution to the problems they were facing and it was at this point, Stephen decided to put his knowledge of health and safety and his experience of machines and tools to great use.

2010 was the year the idea was created and over the last 2 years Stephen as endlessly developed the concept creating prototypes and seeking expert opinions from specialist machine engineers, as well as glowing feedback from senior advisors at the BIC business innovation centre.

Research continued over the 2 years the concept was in design and development and RipRak 7-in1 Multi functional Workstation is the end result of that research from a tradesman point of view creating a professional concept.

RipRak removes a major problem sizing large panels on site away from the workshop removing the dangerous improvisations whilst improving health and safety, employers can reduce the risk of damages caused by injuries, user can reduce the risk of a common industrial disease such as HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome), the product is a eco friendly concept manufactured in the UK from recycled material, it reduces construction waste whilst reducing landfill costs plus the savings on the value of waste material, environment benefits as less demand on raw materials (trees), the concept also removes the hassle of loading and unloading the many tools on a daily bases, removing the associated costs of separate machinery, the availability of the machine options further reduces costs by removing the cost of expensive pre fabricated material

The concept will be classed as a green eco concept which the government continue to encourage eco-friendly purchases through the use of tax incentives and capital grants which can only benefit RipRak's plans in creating a high demand in it unique products which not only cut costs, but also gives a return on investment in a short period of time

RipRak Limited would like to see the concept become industry standard, but not by regulation standards but purely to the fact that it would be professionally unwise not to consider the benefits RipRak presents taking into account the concept behind the World's 1st Mobile Vertical Panel Saw 7-in-1 Multi Functional WorkStation

Economic and environmental benefits

WRAP works with partners to prevent waste, promote recycling and develop markets for valuable products. This ‘resource efficiency’ brings measurable gains to the economy and long term benefits to the environment.

Good for business

Resource efficiency can:
*Cut costs and improve efficiency
*Help secure resource supplies
*Meet customer demand for sustainable business practice
*It makes good commercial sense - waste costs money, not only through the cost of disposal, but also through the lost value of wasted materials

Good for our environment

*It helps ensure best use of raw materials
*It reduces waste going to landfill
*It cuts CO2 emissions

Good for the UK economy

*It stimulates jobs and growth
*It reduces costs for individuals

RipRak is currently developed at a level of a fully functional prototype - UK launch is scheduled for June 2013

The production of the prototype will allow us to approach distributors, retailers and businesses to market RipRak.

On completion of the prototype we will be able to undertake target specific market research, attending UK and European trade shows such as Plantworx (http://www.plantworx.co.uk) and initiating contact with major power tool distributors.
We will develop partnerships with timber suppliers to display RipRak and provide demonstrations of its capabilities to prospective customers, this may include standalone units dispayed without staffing or our own mobile display unit with staff.

We will also be working in partnership with MAS (Manufacturing Advisory Service) http://www.mymas.org/services
MAS will work with RipRak to identify obstacles that are limiting the performance of the business transforming efficiency and profitability as well as identifying new market opportunities ,working along side advisors with extensive experience.

Looking for other members thoughts and opinions on the ROI (return on investment) for potential investors after removing some of the unecessary costs have been removed which dramatically increases the value of the opportunity the company are offering

Return On Investment

Over the first three years we anticipate 104.5% return on investment for investors, equating to a return of 15.5% Year 1 - 29.5% Year 2 - 59% Year 3 - Early investors who pledge investment within the 37,500 bracket will be rewarded with double equity shares equating to returns of 23.5% 44.2% 88.5% respectively

Dividends Payments Total 223,777 over the three year period

*Year 1 - 28,735
*Year 2 - 62,117
*Year 3 - 132,925

These figures do not take into consideration any tax relief the investor benefits from through SEIS

Investors can benefit to a 50% tax relief of the investment placed - so the investment would in fact only be 37,500 when considering the original investment placed - so the return on investment would double the figures quoted above
