View Full Version : Equity Crowdfunding Legal in Italy Next Week!

It appears that Italy has beat the United states to the punch. Equity crowdfunding has been approved in Italy, and is set to be signed into law sometime next week. The new rules will permit companies to sell share in their business for cash. There are several rules which will have to be applied to these business's, but nothing which will likely stifle the overall purpose of crowdfunding. In my opinion this is the start of what I believe wil be a wave of equity funding laws going into effect both in Europe and North American in the coming 12 months. Look for the US to enact their regulations very soon. Here is the full article:

i think that is a new politcal dodge to have a lot of money for politcal party. and we 'll have another law gag! I'm italian and I know the italian political voracity very well. lol
