    Hi all,
I am currently running my campaign on Kickstarter:
    https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...or-your-tablet
It is the stand for tablets or smartphones.

I have used Green Inbox. It really works if you have enough connections on Facebook or LinkedIn. They have a minimum payment, so if you have small crowd then it doesn't worth. More is better. But they are very honest people. Talk to them they can check your project and give you some advise.

    Cheers

We just launch our Kickstarter today. We ran a Thunderclap campaign just a week before our launch to gather social media support. I think it definitely help spreading the word out through your supporters/fans.

    Check out our campaign here:

How to market you project: Project NESM

We got off to a very good start and achieved our funding within 4 days of launching, although backers are starting to slow down now. We knew our target market and where they were located, and contacted them for an initial boost. Contacting Facebook groups also helped a lot.

You can check out our project here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...slinky-machine

What did everyone else do to boost backers?

Great advice in this thread so far. My friend and I are currently trying to find any blogger or writer in our target market and sending them personalized emails asking if they'd be interested in writing about our kickstarter. It hasn't been crazy successful yet but we've only but waiting a day or two.

I've only just started, but I had all my friends and family post about it on their social media pages, i've posted to several Google+ communities that are focused on crowdfunding and kickstarter, plus my specific target of interest. And I've joined several forums like this one to help.

This was a great read i did however know most of this already, i checked out to websites through this thread tho that i have not heard of thunderclap and green inbox, green inbox is different and it looks pretty useful but im not sure if i would like to spend more money then i have already to market and thunderclap i havent really dived to far into yet just really opened it up but it looks fairly decent and i look forward to checking it out, i do however have the hardest time researching and getting initial startup money for a company that is 100% true, people in my area are more into themselves rather then helping so facebook doesnt really help me out as much twitter is a lot more difficult because i am not on twitter, i use instagram hashtags to try to make my idea beautiful and elegant and post awesome pictures of my idea, and i am trying to use linkdin I am also using fundly rather then indigogo or kickstarter right now because i am trying to raise revenue for a prototype if you want check my page out https://fundly.com/mobile-controller-prototype

Finding it very difficult as Twitter was the only platform I could use. Not very effective so far
