    Yeah! It is really like that: if you don't have an audience already, the crowdfunding platform will not instantly make you some. Actually you need to make a good PR before launching it to get some attention on what you're doing.

    Yep! Some crowdfunding campaigns.. you need a crowd first. This is doubly true for artists, entertainers and musicians. Not a huge crowd, but atleast some form of following.

    Utill i got conected to this forum i didnt even heard about patreon.
    now i can expand my channels of promotion of my campaign.

    I've always loved the idea of Patreon. Seems like a community of a bunch of good people.
