    The crowdfunding is usually used when a qualified non-profit is trying to raise money. There may be various funding options with different titles of your support, but normally there are no tangible rewards. By default, donations made through a crowdfunding website are not tax deductible because the crowdfunding site collecting the money.

    Equity crowdfunding is an exciting new way to gain future equity in revolutionary startups. Instead of just getting a free gift for no equity based crowdfunds like Kickstarter, you receive equity shares in the company and if the are successful it can mean good things for your return.

    Yes, equity crowdfunding has a lot of benefits. In comparison to donation based crowdfunding where you give money and hope the project you fund goes through with the promise of delivering you the product, with equity crowdfunding you actually own shares of the startup and can receive way more profit from it.

    Most investors choose Equity crowdfunding because they going to have shares in the company and when the company grows they going to make huge profits.
