    Will Crowdfunding ever replace stock exchange? Don't they have similar audience?

    Stock exchange can be affected by big companies greatly. You may study about stocks for a long time, but you may still not be able to get money back based on your knowledge. On the other hand, equity crowdfunding is easier to predict since big companies won’t have as much as influence as on the stocks

    No way imo. Crowdfunding as it is now is primarily concerned with SMEs and I don't see it changing in the future.

    Not really, there is an element of philanthropy about Crowdfunding, whereas serious investors in the stock market are there purely for the money.

    We will see a migration of all financial functions to online transactions, including Wall Street. Crowdfunding will play it's role in this process for sure. Some predict that by as soon as 2020 there will be no more Wall Street, as far fetched as that may seem.

    Wow.. 2020 is too close for that to happen. Nothing at the moment indicates at all and it's 2017 already.
