    300 is not much at all. Just start with 5 the first week, 10 the next, 20 the next, etc. Slowly hire builders, and you'll have it all shipped in a few months.

    Depending on what you're looking at selling, manufacturing it yourself isn't as easy as it sounds.

    I'm involved in a new Kickstarter campaign to be launched on July and we are facing the problems you mentioned. As you say, it is capital to understand that building is the best option at the beginning. Internalize the manufacturing process will come in further steps.

    If you need prototype dice for anything, I've had good results with this guy (laser etching):

    www.prawndesigns.com

    Not the same as injection molding, but good for testing and product pictures.
